Scarlet Reels Terms of Service

1. About Us

A.D.T. INTERACTIVE LTD is an Israeli limited company, company number 517321444, with its registered office at 5 Yitzhak Graziani (Ziko) Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Contact: legal@adult.gg.

2. Eligibility and Adults-Only Content

You may use Scarlet Reels only if:

• You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Use of the Service is lawful where you live and access it.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions, trade-control, or other law.

Scarlet Reels contains mature and sexualized entertainment intended only for adults. It is not designed for, marketed to, or permitted for minors. We may use age gates or other age-assurance measures and suspend access if we reasonably believe a user is under 18.

3. Social Casino Only — No Real-Money Gambling

Scarlet Reels is a simulated social casino game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling.

• Virtual coins and other virtual items have no monetary value outside the Service.
• They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or prizes, exchanged with us for money, or transferred between users unless we expressly enable a lawful feature.
• Winning a spin does not create a claim to money, property, or a real-world prize.
• A purchase grants a limited right to use virtual items in the Service. It is not a bank deposit, investment, stored-value account, or ownership interest.

Some jurisdictions regulate simulated gambling even without cash-out. You are responsible for complying with local law, and we may restrict or discontinue the Service in a territory where necessary.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify legal@adult.gg if you believe your account is compromised. You may not sell, share, transfer, or sublicense your account.

You are responsible for account activity unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security or applicable law provides otherwise. You may not create or operate accounts to exploit promotions, evade restrictions, manipulate gameplay, or interfere with account or payment controls.

5. Licence to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use Scarlet Reels for lawful, non-commercial entertainment where it is available.

The Service is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights in its software, audiovisual content, characters, artwork, music, game systems, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

6. Virtual Coins and Purchases

The Service may allow you to purchase virtual-coin packages or other digital items. Prices, currency, taxes, and package contents are displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider, currently including PayPal, and may involve Onside's marketplace and transaction-reporting systems. The provider's terms and privacy notice also apply. We do not store your complete card number, bank credentials, or PayPal password.

When payment is confirmed, purchased items are credited to your account. We may correct a balance affected by technical error, duplicate credit, refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud, or breach of these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Refunds and cancellation rights

Except where law or payment-provider rules require otherwise, purchases of digital content or consumed virtual items are non-refundable once delivered and used. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory refund, withdrawal, conformity, or other consumer right.

If local law gives you a cooling-off right for digital content, checkout may ask you to request immediate performance and acknowledge the legal consequence of beginning delivery. We will not treat that right as waived unless all legal requirements are satisfied.

For purchase support or a refund request, contact the payment provider where its rules require that process and contact us at legal@adult.gg with the account username and transaction identifier. Do not email payment-card credentials or passwords.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 or permit a minor to access your account.
• Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate outcomes, or use unauthorized bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, or tools.
• Access another person's account or non-public systems, data, source code, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, scrape, copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service, except where law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted.
• Interfere with the Service, introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or evade geographic, age, account, payment, or security restrictions.
• Use fraudulent payments, abuse refunds or chargebacks, launder funds, or use the Service unlawfully.

8. Availability, Changes, and Updates

We may add, remove, rebalance, or modify features, characters, virtual items, prices, technical requirements, or game content, and may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise that every feature, item, promotion, or platform will remain available indefinitely.

We will not deprive you of mandatory consumer rights. If a material change adversely affects paid digital content, remedies required by applicable law remain available.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Scarlet Reels at any time and request account deletion by contacting legal@adult.gg.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you materially or repeatedly breached these Terms, created a security, fraud, payment, legal, or safety risk, or used the Service unlawfully. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct or appeal. We may act immediately where delay creates a material risk.

On termination, your licence ends and virtual items do not convert to money. Mandatory refunds or remedies remain unaffected.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Third-Party Services and Marketplaces

The Service may depend on Onside, PayPal, hosting providers, and other third parties whose separate terms may apply.

Onside distributes the application but is not the developer or contracting seller of Scarlet Reels unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Apple provides device, operating-system, signing, and notarization infrastructure but is not a party to these Terms, does not sponsor or endorse Scarlet Reels, and is not responsible for the Service, support, purchases, or related claims, except where non-waivable law states otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Scarlet Reels and all related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted except the limited licence in section 5.

If you voluntarily send feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate it without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of personal data or unrelated content.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of every item of data, compatibility with every device, or that the Service will meet every expectation.

We do not exclude a warranty, remedy, or statutory right that consumer law does not permit us to exclude. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the Service and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Scarlet Reels during the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100 (or its local-currency equivalent). Mandatory consumer remedies and non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.

15. Responsibility for Claims

If you use the Service commercially or knowingly violate these Terms or another person's rights, you are responsible, where lawful, for reasonably foreseeable losses and third-party claims directly caused by that conduct. This does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own breach or negligence.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence and access to local courts where applicable law provides it.

Before filing a claim, contact legal@adult.gg and describe the issue so we can try to resolve it informally. This does not delay or waive a statutory deadline or urgent relief.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or commercial reasons. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and give additional notice, choice, consent, or remedies where required by law.

18. General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and checkout-specific terms form the agreement concerning the Service.
